The website was slow, and as a result, cumbersome to use. There are multiple times where the page is loading but there is no user feedback that things are happening in the background. This makes one feel like the website is no longer working. In some cases, the website actually did stop working. I used both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, in both web and mobile. As an example, on web Google Chrome works much better than Firefox. On mobile, however, I couldn't even tap to log in when using Chrome. I used Firefox on mobile and it allowed me to sign in and ultimately purchase the product.
I didn't have any exposure to the support team, so I can't comment there.
I really liked that there were clear dimensions for the products. The latter made my purchase decision become more confident.
The sofa is incredible but it arrived without the middle leg. They sent a new leg immediately but I had paid for white glove delivery and installation at the time that it arrived without the leg. The sofa is extremely heavy so I have not been able to flip the couch over to install it myself.
We love the collections and overall presentation on the website. There were a few bugs while browsing on our iPad which need to be fixed but the shopping experience was pleasant and efficient. We can’t wait to receive our Womb chair!
The sales bounce around too much. I had thought I’d be getting a 20% voucher that has been available off and on the past few days but that is not the case. If this could be updated, I’d give 5 stars.
I had a great experience with customer service team at Rove. I was eager to use my voucher to buy a sleeper sofa last week but ran into a glitch applying the voucher. The team member who assisted me got it resolved right away and I scored a great deal on a gorgeous sleeper sofa. Can't wait for it to arrive!
Customer service helped addressed my changes promptly. I wanted to make changes on my existing order and they were able to help as long as it was not under production. Can’t wait for the arrival of my chairs.
Easy to order, and very excited about the offerings; the website however was a little slow. I became a member to benefit from the better prices and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I'd also be getting an additional voucher in the mail.
